This policy covers sundialpages.com, its subdomains (our guide series sites), and the social media accounts we run. "We" means Sundial Pages.

What we collect

Purchases. Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe, through its Link service, as our merchant of record. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive your name, email, country, and order details so we can give support and process refunds. We never see your full card number.
Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
Website. Our sites don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of their own. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations.
Social media tools. We use the official APIs of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok only to publish content to and read statistics from our own brand accounts. We don't collect data about other users through these tools.

How we use it

To deliver products, provide support, process refunds, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep our sites secure. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Sharing

Only with service providers who help us run the business (Stripe, Amazon Web Services, Google for email), or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep support emails for up to 3 years.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing sundialpages@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, the UK, or California), you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Our products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
